We just began our life-experience class, Living Fearlessly © and we started by each sharing a personal fear, and I clarified that I wasn’t talking about a fear of heights, or gross bugs, or being afraid of the dark. In other words, I asked them to think of fears created by unseen things.
There was the fear of not standing up for self, of being alone, not being loved/valued, fear of not being a good parent, fear of failure, and fear of being rejected/abandoned.
Who can’t relate with these fears? I related with all of them and then I was able to make the connection that all of these internal fears are tied to unresolved life experiences.
What would your life look like if you truly sat and traced your internal fears? You’d learn how to live fearlessly, the way God created you to live!
Truthfully,
