Believe again
When the world is crashing in
everything is spiraling
You spin
Feeling as though those dreams you once had
Will never begin
Always on the defense
Fighting again
Wondering when it will all end
Be still heart
Listen
His promises stand true
Those dreams
Those visions
They belong to you
He will make all things new…
Stand firm
Stand strong
Don’t believe the lies
And the doom
Soon darling
Soon
He will come back for you
It’s time to believe again
To dream again
To stand firm on His Word
And not turn
Back to the former
Back to the familiar
This year
You are different
The air
It’s shifted
The past years have been blue
But you are stronger
When you surrender
Be still heart
And listen
