I was reminded of this truth when reading “Clearing the Path” by Nathan Westwick. See, when we view God as someone out there or up there, versus with us, and within us, that mindset prevents us from feeling truly known, seen, and loved.
But when we remember He’s with us and in us, we will include Him in all of our decisions, desires and destinations via our prayer life. In other words, when we stay in contact with Him, consulting Him in all of our concerns, this will usher in hope and peace because we will know with our inner being that not only are we not alone, but we will live knowing He’s got everything that concerns us in His hands.
Can I encourage you to be intentional in your faith and watch it move from neutral or park to drive!
